This privacy policy describes how Buono Pregnancy AB, org.nr. 559203-7633, Fregattgatan 3, 211 13 Malmö (“Buono Pregnancy”) collects and processes personal data when you use Baby Mam.
Your privacy is important to us and we want you to always be able to feel safe when you provide personal information to us. With this privacy policy, we want to explain what personal data we process about you, and where applicable your / your children, when you use our app Baby Mam or browse our website and how we process and protect this personal data.
Buono Pregnancy is responsible for the processing of personal data within the Baby Mam app and is responsible for the processing taking place in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data is all data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person and which can directly or indirectly identify a person, for example your name, your address, your telephone number or your email address.
We collect and process the following personal data when you visit our website: information about how you use our website; and
technical data such as your IP address or other unique data that can identify the device you are using.
If you choose to create a user account for Baby Mam, please enter your name, email address and password. In the Baby Mam app, there are functions that mean that you can upload different types of information about yourself, your pregnancy and your child or your children. Depending on what information you provide and what functions you choose to use within the Baby Mam app, we may, for example, process information about your estimated date of birth, your partner, your weight, your blood pressure, your child or your children's date of birth, information about your child/ your children’s weight and height as well as information on vaccinations. You can also choose to upload photos of yourself and your child or your children as well as your own notes. If you accept an offer from one of our partners, we may process your national insurance number.
When you use the Bay Mam application on your mobile, we will also process information that can identify the device you use (mobile phone, tablet, etc.). We will also collect information about how you use the Baby Mam app, for example how often you use the Baby Mam app, what you have read and which offers from our partners that you have shown interest in.
If you allow it, Baby Mam may also collect certain information from the device that you use the Baby Mam app on, such information may be, for example, location information, your
contacts and information about social media accounts to make certain functionality available within the Baby Mam app.
Buono Pregnancy processes your personal data for the following purposes: ● to ensure the technical function of our website and mobile application; ● to analyze how you use our website and mobile application in order to improve and develop the website and the mobile application;
to provide the services you request in accordance with our general terms and conditions -for example to show relevant information about the pregnancy you want to follow, enable you to continue to monitor the child's development during the toddler years and to share
information about your pregnancy with a third party, for example a partner;
to provide relevant offers from our partners to you through Baby Mam; ● to follow up and manage our business relationship with partners after you have accepted an offer through Baby Mam;
to send out news updates and offers that may be of interest to you;
so that we and our partners can market products and services that may be of interest to you both on our website and within the mobile application, as well as through email or social media etc ;
to be able to restore your user account for a period of 12 months after you close the account;
to store information about your pregnancy and where applicable, your child, your children after you have terminated your user account at your request;
to be able to answer questions that you have asked us;
to be able to meet legal requirements.

Buono Pregnancy processes your and where applicable your child your children's personal data on the following legal grounds.
Legitimate interest
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data such as technical data and IP address is that the processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in being able to ensure the technical function of - as well as develop and improve - Baby Mam and our website. When you use Baby Mam, we will process your personal information to send you news updates and marketing about Baby Mam as well as other products and services provided by our partners that you may be interested in. Such treatment takes place because it is necessary for our legitimate interest in marketing our service and our partners' products and services. You can object to such treatment at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the mailer or by contacting us. After you have accepted an offer from one of our partners, we may process your personal data if it is necessary for our legitimate interest in following up and managing our business relationship with
the current partner. When you contact us and ask us questions, we also process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in providing you with such information as you have requested.
After you have chosen to close your user account - and if you have not specifically chosen to also delete the data linked to your account - we will store your personal data for 12 months to enable a recovery of your user account. We will not use such information for any purpose other than to restore your account. Such storage is based on our legitimate interest in being able to restore your account at your request.
Agreement
In order for you to create a user account with us or use Baby Mam, you must accept our general terms and conditions. In order for us to fulfill our obligations under our general terms and conditions and provide you with Baby Mam, including the special features that you choose to use in Baby Mam, it is necessary for us to process personal data about you and, where applicable, your child / your children.
Consent
Within the Baby Mam app, there are functions that allow you to upload information about your child’s estimated date of birth and other information about your pregnancy and health, e.g. information about your weight and your blood pressure. Once your baby has been born, you can also choose to use features to upload information about your baby's health, e.g. information on birth weight and height and information on vaccinations. If you choose to use any of these features within the Baby Mam and upload such information, you understand that you hereby agree that the processing of this personal data is done on the terms set out in this privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent to such treatment at any time by deleting the information within the Baby Mam app or by contacting us.
If you agree to this, Baby Mam may collect certain information from the device that you use Baby Mam on, such as. location information, your contacts and information about social media accounts to make certain functionality available within the Baby Mam app. You can revoke your consent to the collection and use of such information at any time, which will then result in such functionality that requires the information not being provided.
When you close your account, you will be asked if you want Buono Pregnancy to continue saving your information. If you then choose yes, you agree that we save them. We then save them only so that you can access them yourself (e.g. to show to your child in the future) and do not use the information for any other purpose. You can contact us at any time if you wish to withdraw your consent to such storage.
Legal obligation
Buono Pregnancy may process your personal data in order to meet requirements set by authorities or in accordance with applicable law. The legal basis for such treatment is that it is
necessary for us to be able to fulfill the obligations that authorities or legislation impose on us.
When you provide information about your child, you, as the guardian, agree that Buono Pregnancy may process the information to provide Baby Mam. You or another guardian of the child can at any time choose to revoke the consent to the treatment by deleting the information within the Baby Mam app or by contacting us.
Buono Pregnancy has no interest in identifying your child as it is to you as a user that we provide the Baby Mam service . We will therefore not take any steps to identify your child. Your child's personal data will only be processed so that we can provide Baby Mam to you.
As a user of the Baby Mam service, we ask you to reflect on your child's personal privacy and the right to control his or her own personal information. We recommend that you delete your child's personal information from Baby Mam or discuss the issue with the child as soon as it is old enough to be able to understand such issues.
Your personal data will only be stored for as long as there is a need to save them in order to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this privacy policy.
Personal information that you provide to create a user account or to use certain functions provided within the Baby Mam app is stored as long as you choose to use Baby Mam or until you choose to delete the information. If you choose to close your account without specifically deleting information within the Baby Mam app, we will store your personal information for 12 months to enable a recovery of your user account. If you have not chosen to restore your account within 12 months, we will delete or de-identify all personal information linked to the account.
After you have accepted an offer from one of our partners through Baby Mam, we may store your personal data for as long as we have a need for the data to be able to follow up and manage our business relationship with the partner, however no more than 18 months.
In accordance with clause 4.6 above, we may continue to save your information after you have closed your account if you agree to such continued storage. We will then store your information until you revoke your consent to the storage. If you revoke your consent, we will delete or de-identify all personal information linked to the account.
Buono Pregnancy may share your personal information with other companies in our group and to such partners that we engage in order for us to be able to provide our services to you or for other purposes stated in this privacy policy. Before we disclose personal data to potential partners, we check that they take appropriate security measures when processing the personal data and that they meet the requirements of current data protection legislation.
Within the Baby Mam app, you may be asked to provide personal information to our partners. If you choose to provide personal information to any of our partners through Baby Mam, such personal information will be transferred to the partner. The partner is responsible for personal data for such processing of personal data and the company's privacy policy applicable at any given time applies to the processing.
Buono Pregnancy will not transfer personal data to any country outside the EU / EEA.
Personal data may be disclosed by us if required by law or by an authority or if it is necessary for us to be able to safeguard our legal interests or to detect or prevent crime, fraud or other security problems.
We may share aggregate demographic information about Baby Mam with third party organizations and companies as well as with government agencies. Such information cannot be used to identify individual users. The information contains, for example, statistics related to data traffic.
We may also share information at an aggregate level with third parties who perform an analysis on our behalf in order to improve the services we provide.
Baby on the go may contain links or references to other websites where this privacy policy does not apply. If you click on these links and thus leave Baby Mam, we are not responsible for how these websites handle your personal information. We recommend that you always read the relevant privacy policies for the websites you visit.
We protect your personal privacy and your interest in your child and/or your children's personal data being treated with the utmost care. We therefore apply high security standards and do our utmost to ensure high data security.
We will take all measures that can reasonably be required to ensure that personal data is processed securely and in accordance with the privacy policy. When it comes to internet security however no system is completely secure. Transfer thus takes place at your own risk.
If a security breach occurs, Baby Mam will of course act as soon as possible to fix the problem.
Access, changes and additions
You always have the right to know what personal data we process about you, and if applicable your child’s/ your children as well as the right to access this personal data. This means that you can request a so-called extract from the register of the processing we carry out regarding such personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that is processed. In addition, you can always ask us to change or update your and, where applicable your child / your children's personal information.
Restriction, deletion and data portability
In special circumstances (which are stated in the applicable data protection legislation), you have the right to ask Buono Pregnancy to restrict the use of personal data or delete personal data within the Baby Mam app. You also have the right to data portability. It entails a right to, under certain conditions, obtain and transfer personal data in a structured, generally used and machine-readable format to another personal data controller.
Objections
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that takes place after a balance of interests (see above under points 4.1-4.2). If you object to such treatment, we will only continue the treatment if there are legitimate reasons for the treatment that outweigh your interests.

We may, from time to time, change this Privacy Policy. All changes take effect automatically 30 days after they are published within the Baby Mam app. If we make changes to the privacy policy that are deemed necessary to fulfill obligations under law or the authority's statement or decision, the new privacy policy shall apply immediately after it is published within the Baby Mam app.
